Position


We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to perform the role of Senior Inventory Receiver for large commercial projects. The Senior Inventory Receiver works together with the Senior Inventory Manager to ensure that company-wide inventory standards and procedures are followed company-wide. While on-site, Senior Inventory Receivers will collaborate with the on-site GEBM Project Manager and other GEBM crew members to track hundreds of shipments of inbound materials from multiple domestic manufacturing facilities and numerous third-party vendor facilities to the project site. 


Senior Inventory Receivers are responsible for completing processes that ensure inventory accuracy, effective inbound inventory control and audit-activated activities continue to support shipping and receiving requirements. They are also expected to train inexperienced Inventory Receivers to follow and utilize the same standard operating procedures. 



Job Responsibilities


Below is a list of primary responsibilities a Senior Inventory Receiver would expect in their day-to-day.   • Inventory management: GEBM Senior Inventory Receivers’ primary responsibilities would be to receive and add goods into our client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) inventory system. This will include 3-way matching of shipping documentation against Purchase Orders in a proprietary database and researching missing items and shipments. GEBM Senior Inventory Receivers must be self-motivated, fast-paced, honest, and have exceptional attention to detail. 


  • Proactive problem solving: GEBM Senior Inventory Receivers are expected to apply a proactive approach in routinely tracking all aspects of the warehouse inventory progress. Problem-solving and resolution efforts should be paired with appropriate escalation of current or potential issues. 


  • Responsibility and focus: We expect all GEBM team members to serve as a GEBM ambassador, behaving professionally and responsibly for all your personal actions and work-related obligations. Reporting to work on time, staying on-task, and always being focused on customer service and satisfaction are a daily priority. 


  • Embrace a team environment: Additional responsibilities of a GEBM Senior Inventory Receiver will be to support the GEBM Project Manager on-site with other related tasks, such as, but not limited to, managing the material flow, coordinating shipment and delivery dates, assisting with related inquiries and other site tasks. 


 

Are you who we are looking for?


Qualified applicants should hold the following: 


  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data entry or logistics planning/operations 
  • Ability to use a ten (10) key data entry method and proficient at managing inventory and maintaining inventory accounts 
  • Possess superior task, resource and time management abilities 
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills that help to identify defects and shortcomings 
  • Ability to communicate business-related and general information efficiently in verbal and written formats 
  • Excellent math, organizational, and computer skills required (MS Outlook, MS Word, Advanced user of Excel) 


Preferred qualifications: 


  • Preferred candidates will have at least five (5) years of experience in ERP specific data entry, logistics planning/operations management or software-based inventory management 
  • Associate degree in a logistics, operations, or business-related field
  • Previous knowledge of any the following: inventory management, order scheduling, logistics and transportation, enterprise level data entry 
  • Active industry certifications for OSHA 10, AWP, warehouse/industrial forklift and/or scissor lift preferred, but not required 



The Location


Travel is required. Work sites are out-of-state and at the request of our clients. Team Leads should expect to be away from home for as many as three (3) months at a time. GEBM covers all travel costs (flights, lodging and rental cars). 


Team members should expect to be scheduled for work as per client/customer needs. This may include work weeks more than forty (40) hours, weekend and/or overnight shifts.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, crawl, sit, talk, move about, hear and speak. Employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions when transporting materials. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to sixty (60) pounds and be able to use appropriate support equipment to lift and move greater amounts. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee is required to use properly use such safety equipment as is appropriate to the work to prevent injury to self or others. 



Compensation and Payroll Schedule


The Inventory Receiver position is an hourly non-exempt position. GEBM operates on a weekly pay schedule and adheres to all local and federal tax policies. Team members are also eligible for a per diem when located and present at on-site (away from home) projects.

Job Title: Project Manager 

Position

We are seeking a creative mind who welcomes opportunities to work individually and as part of a team. The Project Manager will oversee projects from beginning to end. You will assist with cost estimations, material orders and monitor ongoing project progress, as well as drive problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts throughout the duration of projects. The Project Manager will also be expected to communicate updates, issues and needs effectively via email and in-person. Our most successful Project Managers are also knowledgeable and willing to perform any administrative, leadership or physical labor tasks needed to complete the job.

The Project Manager should have working knowledge of safety regulations and know how to ensure policies are met and maintained on-site. You must also be able to manage a team of Site Leads, Crew Leads, Skilled Labor, and specialized support such as Cage Manager and Onsite Admin.

Job Duties
  • Responsibility and accountability: Create a project plan using best practice PMO methodology to deliver within budget and achieve the client’s desired outcomes. You will be fully accountable for the result of the project, and acts as the driver that holds the project together. The PM leads the project with passion, as if it was his or her own business, and conducts quality control checks for all tasks in projects. They will routinely be expected to manage multiple smaller projects in a focused trade area.
  • Project tracking across various mediums: Prepare, maintain and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports. The PM should inform all stakeholders of project milestones, regular status updates, as well as manage escalation and change control processes. Additionally, the PM must complete all required paperwork (receipts, timesheets, expenses, etc.) for all teams assigned to you on a daily basis. They must have core computer knowledge and a willingness and ability to master software and hardware that GEBM uses for admin/inventory procedures.
  • Building relationships: The PM serves as a role model and GEBM ambassador in promoting good working relationships across a project. The PM exhibits the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among project stakeholders. They are also responsible for tracking the growth and development of GEBM personnel under your supervision, helping team members create and follow their personal growth plans.
  • Proactive problem solving: The PM applies a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project progress against their project scope and commitments to drive problem-solving and resolutions.

Qualified applicants should hold the following:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction and previous experience managing construction crews
  • Associate degree or higher in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business Administration or a related industry
  • Active industry certifications for OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, AWP and warehouse/industrial forklift operation
  • Advanced leadership, situational problem-solving, communication and administrative/computer skills

The Location
