Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you must be able to manage a project/account and/or multiple side projects at the same time. You must also be able to manage a team of Site Leads, Crew Leads, Skilled Labor, and Specialized support such as Cage Manager and Onsite Admin.

As a GEBM Team Lead, you must be able to manage teams of Skilled Labor and Temp Labor to complete assignments. You must be able to inspire high-moral and lead by example.

As Skilled Labor, you must be able to work with various Team and Site Leads to complete work quickly, safety, and to the exact specifications of the client and GEBM Project Manager.

Project Manager
We are seeking a creative mind who welcomes opportunities to work individually and as part of a team. Project Managers will oversee projects from beginning to end. You will assist with cost estimations, material orders and monitor ongoing project progress, as well as drive problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts throughout the duration of projects. The Project Manager will also be expected to communicate updates, issues and needs effectively via email and in-person. Our most successful Project Managers are also knowledgeable and willing to perform any administrative, leadership or physical labor tasks needed to complete the job.

Project Manager In Training
We are seeking a skilled and professional-minded individual who welcomes opportunities to work individually and as part of a team. As a Project Manager In Training (PMIT), you will participate in active training to earn a promotion to a Project Manager.

Team Lead
Team Leads are expected to be able and willing to travel to work sites as needed, for as long as needed, to work at client work sites around the U.S. As a Team Lead, you must be able to work with various Project Managers and Senior Team Leads to complete work quickly, safely, and to the exact specifications of the client and GEBM Regional Project Manager or on-site Project Manager.
